* Preparing new and updating existing inventories using Dragon speech recognition software
* Undertaking check outs & routine inspections
* Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
* Instructing contractors to undertake maintenance & repairs
* Dealing with walk in customers
* Dealing with telephone enquiries
* Filing & general administrative duties
You will be computer literate and have experience of MS Office, be fluent in English and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills, you will also need to be a car owner. The candidate will ideally have relevant office/inventory experience, however we are happy to consider Graduates with no “full time permanent” work experience and training will be given to the right applicant.
Based in our Stony Stratford offices, the position is full time & permanent with core hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm and will include occasional Saturday cover. Salary will be £14,000 per annum plus mileage allowance.
